I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a National Certified Counselor. I received my bachelor’s degree in Psychology Counseling and my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University. I am pursuing my PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision from Regent University. I am also certified to facilitate premarital counseling services using the SYMBIS (Saving Your Marriage Before It Starts) assessment tool.

I strive to create a judgment-free space where people can be fully themselves and truly heard. I am a committed advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion. In my counseling work, I meet clients wherever they are on their journey and walk alongside them as they work toward their goals. I enjoy working with individuals of all ages, each bringing their own unique background and perspective.

I was born and raised in Arizona but have called Virginia home for about a decade. In my free time, I enjoy taking long walks with my husband and our dogs, discovering new music and restaurants, traveling and adventures, and going to local festivals.
