Life can be overwhelming, and there are tools to help us navigate this overwhelm together. In our work together, we’ll create space for your story, develop the skills to navigate difficult emotions, and move toward living a life in accordance with what’s important to you. I am a Resident in Counseling who is committed to working alongside you to help you grow towards meaning in what might feel like a mess. I work with individuals navigating complex trauma, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm. My goal is to walk with you through acceptance of the realities of both the hardships and joys of life, and walk with you in finding your meaning in it all so that you can live your life with value and purpose.

I graduated with my degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling (CMHC) from Liberty University in 2025. I have 2.5 years of experience working with inpatient adult psychiatry, and am excited to partner with you in this journey towards meeting your values in life. I specialize with OCD, anxiety, depression, complex trauma, and relationship issues. I seek to work alongside you to uncover your values, and empower you to use your resilience as your strength.

In my free time, I enjoy playing card games with my husband, having coffee with friends, and hiking!
