Katie Solvig, MA

Deciding to start therapy takes courage, and I feel honored to walk alongside clients as they process pain and move toward healing and growth. My goal is to provide a safe, judgment-free space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions. Using a strengths-based, collaborative approach, I seek to empower clients with the tools and skills needed to navigate life’s challenges and pursue a balanced, meaningful life. Additionally, I am EMDR trained, which can be a powerful tool for processing trauma and finding deeper healing.

I specialize in working with pre-teens, teens, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, self-esteem challenges, trauma, grief and loss, and life transitions. Whether you are facing significant struggles or simply want space to reflect and grow, I will focus on your unique needs.

Life often brings unexpected twists and turns. Together, we can create the space and hope needed to find solutions, foster growth, and build a connected, meaningful life.
